This supermarket in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Westminster sells Bombyx mori linnaeus which is a silkworm pupae from China (sometime referred to as ground cucumber). A few days after this visit, my friend cooked them for a dinner party. The person in picture #013 refused to try it and said she'd only do so when it becomes trendy. That echoes other thoughts I've had about entomophagy; it is something that should be strongly considered in order for the movement to gain even more widespread acceptance.
